Slow Noodle Fast is Erindale Centre’s go-to noodle bar — built around roaring woks, lightning-quick service and big, slurp-worthy flavours. Every box is cooked to order with market-fresh produce and traditional wok technique, where proteins, veg and sauce hit the heat separately so nothing steams, everything sings. Grab a Satay Box on the run, linger over a Seafood Curry Laksa, or mix it up with our vegan Mee Goreng — either way, you’ll taste the difference that fresh ingredients and proper wok-fire make.

We began as a one-chef, one-wok stall inside Erindale Centre, determined to prove that “fast food” can still taste like the back-streets of Penang, Bangkok and Singapore. Word spread, the queue grew, and so did the menu: from five classics to the thirty-plus boxes, soups and rice dishes you see today. What hasn’t changed is the way we cook — each ingredient seasoned and seared in its own time, then brought together for that layered, street-stall flavour. Fresh, fast, no shortcuts.
Our crew are noodle die-hards: chefs who know when a noodle’s done just by the sound of the wok and front-of-house legends who remember your order before you say it. Whether they’re tossing a Hot Box or packing a Prawn Cracker Bag, their brief is simple — keep the woks hot, keep the flavours honest, and treat every guest like a regular.
